How do I purchase meats from Feral Woman Farm?
Most of our products are currently available CSA style, by reservation of a "share". Our share offerings typically go live at the beginning of each year in March. Our chicken shares sell particularly fast, so be sure to sign up early to secure your farm fresh meats for the year. Occasionally we have surplus chickens available, which we offer for sale a-la-cart instead of through our CSA program. If you would like to be on the notifications list for these chickens, please leave your contact info below via the "I Want Your Chickens!" button.
A deposit and reservation form will hold your shares for the season until pick up. Using a CSA share model to sell our meats allows us to ensure our animals are well fed and cared for through the season until they are ready to harvest.

WINTER 2024 SHARES NOW OPEN FOR RESERVATION
We are now offering our half and whole pastured pork shares for the 2024 season! Our 2024 Summer shares are scheduled for July/Aug harvest. Our 2024 Winter shares are scheduled for Dec/Jan harvest. Our share price is $6.50/lb based on the hanging weight of the animal at the time of harvest. We do the leg work on arranging butcher services for you, and you will be responsible for your custom butcher fees.
Our pigs are raised on pasture where they can forage, root and lounge in the sun. Our Berkshire x Duroc breed hogs feature an exceptionally marbled and flavorful heritage pork.
Our butcher hogs are bred, born and raised on-farm, and we are very happy to be able to pass the quality and consistency that comes along with that, on to our customers.

Our tender, succulent pastured chickens are now available for purchase for our 2024 monthly subscription program!
Our pastured meat chickens are unlike anything you will find in the grocery store. Succulent, juicy and full of flavor. We raise Cornish X breed broilers in our mobile chicken tractors, which give our birds access to fresh pasture forage daily. Our chickens live an active life, scratching and pecking for bugs and lounging in the sun under the watchful eye of our livestock guardian dogs. In addition to their pasture, our chickens are fed a locally milled feed to ensure they are happy, healthy and growing well.
